Dry Gas Mechanical Seals

After many hours of research, investment and experiment, Acumen Seals of Manchester England, are pleased to announce they are now able to supply dry gas mechanical seals.

Acumen’s standard products can replace the dry gas seals produced by John Crane and Burgmann, but the price is much more competitive.

The standard products includes:

DGS-J01 (Equal to JOHNCRANE 2800E)

DGS-J02 (Equal to JOHNCRANE 28VL)

DGS-J03 (Equal to JOHNCRANE 2800)

DGS-B01 (Equal to BURGMANN CGS-KN)

DGS-B02 (Equal to BURGMANN CGS-KD)

Acumen’s standard products can be widely used in petroleum, chemistry, refinery, paper making, pharmacy, power and auto industry.

Acumen can also design and manufacture the dry gas seal according to customer’s requriement and can offer dry gas seals with the following maximum limitations:

1) Speed: up to 200 m/s

2) Pressure: up to 30 MPA

3) Temperature: up to 400 Degree

Dry Gas Seal Refurbishment Also Available

Acumen can repair all dry gas seals form different manufactures.

All types of groove profiles are refurbishable, and the delivery time is less than 5 weeks.
